Is your cookie dough safe to eat raw?

Absolutely! We use heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs (or egg substitutes) to ensure our dough is 100% safe to enjoy straight from the tub without baking.

How long does the cookie dough stay fresh?

Our dough stays fresh for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 6 months if kept in the freezer. Always check the 'Best By' date on the bottom of the container.

How do you ship perishable items to ensure they stay cold?

We ship all orders in insulated thermal liners with non-toxic gel ice packs. We recommend transferring your dough to the fridge or freezer immediately upon arrival.

Can I actually bake this dough into cookies?

Yes! While it is delicious raw, you can scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes for a warm, gooey treat.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

We currently offer a selection of vegan flavors. While we do not have certified gluten-free options yet, we are working hard in our kitchen to develop a recipe that meets our quality standards.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
